We are called to walk with the Lord and study his word. His Word guides our paths and brings light to our lives. But let's face it, as women we are being pulled many directions and life is busy at times. We know we need to spend more time learning and growing in our faith and it's even better when you can connect and be surrounded with other women you can grow with.
We aren't your traditional Bible Study, we have been designed to meet people where they are at in life while still finding time to lean into your faith. If you have been invited to a Power of Twelve Group, here's what you can expect, it's really very simple.
What to Expect?
Make a Commitment
We understand your time is precious. Participating in a Power of Twelve Group is just a commitment of ONE day a month for ONE hour. It's a 12-month commitment for your Group Planner and she also appreciates your willingness to commit as well. Gatherings are most impactful when all 12 ladies show up every month. You will receive a partner guide at no cost to use during the group sessions.
Decide on the Word
This is one of the most impactful parts of the group. You will chose ONE encouraging word used in the Bible to bring to the first meeting along with one scripture that uses the word. Your word will be drawn at some point during the 12 month duration and used as a discussion topic during that gathering. Spend time reflecting and praying on what you want your word to be, it's your word to share.
Reflect on the Word
During each monthly gathering a new WORD is drawn, and all partners will have a discussion around that word and how it resonates in our walk with God on a daily basis. The only focus is on that WORD and scripture that correlates. Over that month, these 12 powerful women will bless others with that WORD of the month. The mission is to live that word to the fullest honoring God daily.
