What Does A Group Planner Do?
Choose Meeting Place
Decide whether you would like to open your home once a month for an hour, at a restaurant, coffee shop or church room. Anywhere you can gather 12 women for one hour a month. Decide on a time that works best for you and your partners. We will provide recommendations as well, which will be laid out in our Group Planner Welcome Packet. It costs you nothing to become a Group Planner and we will be here to support you every step of the way.
Find Your Twelve
This is probably one the most exciting parts of being a Group Planner. Your welcome packet will help you brainstorm who to invite, how to invite, what to say and guidance tips on running your group. Remember, this isn't your traditional Bible Study. It's designed to connect multiple generations and age groups, all focused on growing their faith ONE WORD at a time for ONE HOUR a month. It's really very simple.
Meet Once A Month
People are busy. Many don't have time for a Bible Study every week. Power of Twelve was created to meet people where they are at. During the once a month gathering, you will be leading your 12 women in open dialogue around your WORD of the month and how it applies to our daily lives through scriptures. Your Group Planner packet will give you all the tools on running your monthly gatherings. It's not rocket science, it's simple, fun and effective.
Get Connected
It's important to stay connected with not only your partners, but you will have the opportunity to connect with other Group Planners throughout the nation as well. You will be invited to a private on-line community to share, connect and serve together. You will find inspiration and support from others who are doing the same thing you are. Consistent communication across the board is part of our gift and partnership with you.
